Changing the status of a project in Taskip allows users to update the project’s progress and organize work efficiently. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to change a project’s status.
Steps to Change the Project Status #
1. Navigate to the Projects Section #
- Log into your Taskip account.
- From the sidebar menu, click on Projects to view the list of all projects.
- Locate the project whose status you want to update.

2. Open the Status Change Menu #
- Click on the three-dot More Options menu on the selected project card.
- Select Move project to from the dropdown options.
3. Select the New Status #
- Choose the desired status from the available options:
- Draft: For projects that are still in planning.
- Completed: For projects that have been finished.
- Archived: For old or inactive projects.
- Click on the selected status to apply the change.
4. Confirm the Change #
- The project will now be updated with the new status.
- You can verify the update by checking the project’s category under the respective status tab.

- Changing a project to Archived will remove it from the active project list but will still keep it accessible in the archive.
