By accessing or using Taskip’s services, including the website (https://taskip.net, https://taskip.app, and any subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Introduction
Taskip is a platform designed to help individuals and organizations manage tasks, projects, documents, teams, and related content (“Content”).
If you represent an organization, you warrant that you have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your dashboard. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Accounts and Registration
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be legally capable of entering contracts.
- Must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You are liable for all activities under your account.
- Notify Taskip immediately if unauthorized access occurs.
Account Termination
- Either party may terminate the account at any time with notice.
- Outstanding invoices must be paid before account closure.
- Upon termination, Content may be permanently deleted from Taskip’s servers.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Plans
We offer certain services free of charge up to specified limits (“Free Services”). Exceeding these limits requires an upgrade to a paid plan. Taskip may terminate your access to Free Services at any time without prior notice, and such termination will not incur liability.
Paid Plans
If you subscribe to a monthly or yearly paid plan, the following terms apply:
- Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan (“Subscription Fees”). These fees are charged in accordance with the plan you choose, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. If you cancel your subscription, it will terminate immediately, and any unpaid invoices for the subscription period may be issued. Cancellations can be made by emailing us at contact@taskip.net or through your dashboard.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via Stripe, and you must provide valid credit card information. If your credit card details change, you must update them promptly. Taskip is authorized to charge your default credit card for all subscription fees.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are available only for subscription fees paid directly to Taskip, provided you cancel within 30 days of upgrading to a paid plan. Service charges for usage beyond subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or if the 30-day period has lapsed.
Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid conduct that harms others, Taskip, or system integrity.
- Not use purchased, rented, or third-party email/contact lists.
- Protect personal data in accordance with privacy laws, including GDPR.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
Taskip IP
- Taskip retains all rights, titles, and interest in the platform, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, sublicense, or otherwise misuse Taskip IP.
User Content
- You retain ownership of your Content.
- By using Taskip, you grant Taskip a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your Content to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
- Anonymized or aggregated data may be used to improve services.
Feedback
- Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used freely by Taskip without compensation or restriction.
Data and Security
- Users are responsible for the configuration, security, and protection of their data.
- Taskip implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
- Taskip is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user mismanagement or password sharing.
- Data may be deleted if accounts are inactive for extended periods (e.g., 180 days).
AI and Automated Features
- AI-generated content is provided “as is.” Taskip does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
- Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and content standards.
- Users agree to indemnify Taskip for claims related to AI-generated content.
Limitations of Liability
- Business Users: Liability limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Consumers: Liability limited to foreseeable damages.
- Taskip is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
- Taskip is not responsible for third-party integrations or services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taskip, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Breach of this Agreement or applicable laws.
- Content you provide or combine with other tools.
Service Modifications and Beta Offerings
- Taskip may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or specific features at any time.
- Beta features are provided for evaluation only, without guarantee of release or functionality.
Termination
- Taskip may suspend or terminate your account for breach of Terms, illegal activities, or misuse.
- You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination.
- Taskip may delete data associated with terminated accounts.
Third-Party Services
- Taskip may integrate with third-party services.
- You are responsible for complying with third-party terms.
- Taskip is not liable for third-party actions, content, or disruptions.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- For Businesses: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of USA.
- For Consumers: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, but you may have additional rights under the laws of your home country.
- Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to competent courts in the United States.
Force Majeure
Taskip is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including
natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or government
action.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Taskip may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on our platform or communicated via email. Your continued use of Taskip’s services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the services and terminate your account.
