Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using Taskip or signing up for an account, you are agreeing to these Terms. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and Taskip. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Taskip service.

Overview of the Service

Taskip is a project management service offered through our website https://www.taskip.com (including any subdomains) that allows you to manage tasks, projects, documents, teams, and more. Each document or item managed through Taskip, including text, images, and other content, is referred to as “Content.” Taskip is owned and operated by Taskip LLC, a company based in [Your Country]. Account Creation and Eligibility

To use Taskip, you must:

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Taskip reserves the right to refuse service and modify eligibility criteria at any time.

Consumer vs. Business Users

In some regions, your rights may differ depending on whether you are using Taskip as a business or as a consumer. You are considered a consumer if you are using the Service primarily for personal purposes, not related to trade, business, or profession.

Acceptance of the Terms

By signing up for Taskip, clicking “Get started,” “Sign up with Google,” or using the Service in any way, you are entering into a binding contract with Taskip under these Terms (“Agreement”). If you sign up on behalf of a company or another entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Account Termination

Both you and Taskip can terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice (including via email) to the other party. Before terminating your account, any outstanding invoices must be cleared. Upon termination, your account and all associated data, including Content, may be permanently deleted from our servers.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on our website and notifying you via the email address associated with your account or through your Taskip dashboard. If you continue using the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must terminate your account within seven (7) days of receiving the notification.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Taskip is not liable for any loss resulting from stolen or compromised passwords, as we do not have access to your current password. For security reasons, we can only reset passwords.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Service

We offer certain services free of charge up to specified limits (“Free Services”). Exceeding these limits requires an upgrade to a paid plan. Taskip may terminate your access to Free Services at any time without prior notice, and such termination will not incur liability.

Paid Service

If you subscribe to a monthly or yearly paid plan, the following terms apply:

1. Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan (“Subscription Fees”). These fees are charged in accordance with the plan you choose, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. If you cancel your subscription, it will terminate immediately, and any unpaid invoices for the subscription period may be issued. Cancellations can be made by emailing us at contact@taskip.net or through your dashboard.
2. Payment Methods: Payments are processed via Stripe, and you must provide valid credit card information. If your credit card details change, you must update them promptly. Taskip is authorized to charge your default credit card for all subscription fees.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility: Refunds are available only for subscription fees paid directly to Taskip, provided you cancel within 30 days of upgrading to a paid plan. Service charges for usage beyond subscription fees are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or if the 30-day period has lapsed.

Rules of Conduct

You agree to:

1. Use the Service in a manner that does not cause harm to others or violate any laws.
2. Avoid using the Service in a way that could damage Taskip’s business or reputation.
3. Refrain from using purchased, rented, or third-party email lists for communication via the Service.
4. Comply with all data protection laws, including the GDPR.

If you violate these rules, Taskip may suspend or terminate your account.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is violating these Terms, please report it to us immediately. We take reports of abuse seriously and will take appropriate action.

Third-Party Services

Taskip may integrate with third-party services. We do not guarantee support for these services and are not responsible for any issues that arise from their use. Contracts and transactions with third-party services are between you and the third party. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.

Liability

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Taskip against any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, including legal fees.

Limitation of Liability

1. For Businesses: Taskip’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the incident.
2. For Consumers: Taskip is liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for unforeseeable damages or losses.

Force Majeure

Taskip will not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or interruptions in internet service.

Data Processing and Privacy

If we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Terms will apply, in accordance with applicable laws. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

1. Our Rights: Taskip retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use Taskip’s trademarks without prior written permission.
2. Your Rights: You retain ownership of your Content. By using the Service, you grant Taskip a license to use your Content to provide and improve the Service. We may also use anonymized data derived from your Content to enhance our spam detection capabilities.

Survival and Severability

Certain clauses in these Terms, including those relating to indemnity, limitation of liability, and data processing, will continue to apply even after the Agreement is terminated. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taskip regarding your use of the Service. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Taskip may transfer or assign its rights at any time without your consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. For Businesses: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of USA.
2. For Consumers: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, but you may have additional rights under the laws of your home country.
