Step-by-Step Setup

1. Create Your Flow in ActivePieces

  1. Go to https://app.activepieces.com and log in (free plan is more than enough)
  2. Click + Create Flow → name it something like “Taskip Sales Form → Google Sheets”
  3. Add the first piece → search Webhook → choose Webhook by ActivePieces
  4. Click Create a new webhook → copy the generated URL Example: https://cloud.activepieces.com/api/v1/webhooks/1a2b3c4d…
  5. Save the trigger (you can leave the flow unpublished for now)

2. Add the Webhook in Taskip

  1. Open your Taskip dashboard
  2. Go to the form you want to automate (or create a new one)
  3. Click Settings → Integrations & Webhooks
  4. In the Events to Subscribe section, choose the exact event(s) you need:
    • Sales → for sales/lead forms
    • Contact → for contact forms
    • Quotation → for quote requests
    • Meeting → for booking forms
    • Support → for support tickets
    • Form → for generic/custom forms
    • etc.
  5. Click + Add Webhook URL → paste the ActivePieces webhook URL
  6. Click Save

That’s it — Taskip now pushes every new submission in real-time!

3. Test the Connection

  1. Back in ActivePieces, click Test Trigger on the webhook step
  2. Fill out and submit your Taskip form once (use test data)
  3. Within 1–2 seconds you’ll see the full payload with all your fields appear You now have full access to every field, including file attachments!
