Propovoice Connection Guidelines

Connecting your Propovoice account allows you to import all your clients from your WordPress-based Propovoice CRM directly into Taskip as contacts.

📋 Prerequisites

• A Propovoice plugin installed and active on your WordPress site, with the REST API accessible.
• A Taskip plan that includes the Propovoice integration (available on selected plans).
• An Administrator or Manager role in your Taskip workspace.

🔌 Connection Steps

1. Open Integrations

1. Log in to your Taskip dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
3. Find the Propovoice integration card and click Connect.

2. Enter Your Credentials

Provide the following details from your WordPress / Propovoice setup:

3. Verify & Save

1. Click Save or Connect.
2. The system will verify your credentials by making a test request to your Propovoice REST API.
3. On success you will see a Connected status on the integration card.

[!TIP] Only one Propovoice integration is allowed per workspace. Saving new credentials will overwrite the previously stored ones.

📥 Importing Contacts

Once connected, you can import your Propovoice clients into Taskip as contacts.

Steps

1. On the Propovoice integration card, click Import Contacts.
2. The system will start the import process in the background.
3. You will receive an email notification once the import is complete.

[!NOTE] Depending on the number of contacts in your Propovoice account, the import may take a few minutes. Do not trigger the import multiple times — duplicate contacts will be skipped automatically.

📊 What Gets Imported

The following fields are mapped from Propovoice to Taskip:

Automatically skipped:

• Contacts missing a first name or email address.
• Contacts whose email address already exists in your Taskip workspace.

[!TIP] Last name is not provided by the Propovoice API and will be left blank on imported contacts. You can update individual contacts manually after import.

[!TIP] You can disconnect Propovoice at any time from the Integrations page. Disconnecting removes the stored credentials but does not delete contacts that were already imported.
