Welcome to the Taskip Partner Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms:
Your Role as a Taskip Partner
- You are appointed as a non-exclusive Partner to promote and sell the Taskip Web Application worldwide.
- Customers referred by you are considered your Customers for commission purposes.
- Taskip may appoint other Partners simultaneously.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote Taskip Web Application using your best efforts.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Cover your own expenses and complete any required training.
- Stay in contact with your Customers at least once every 30 days.
Customer Orders and Payments
- Taskip handles all order processing, billing, and support.
- You will receive updates about Customers and share relevant communications with Taskip.
Commission Structure
- Monthly Subscriptions: 30% recurring commission for as long as the customer maintains their subscription.
- Yearly Subscriptions: 30% recurring annual commission, subject to adjustment for any refunds.
- Lifetime Deals (LTD): One-time commission paid for each LTD purchase.
- Commissions are paid monthly once they reach a $50 minimum.
- No commissions on taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or unpaid amounts.
Sales Policies
- Taskip sets prices and terms; Partners cannot modify them.
- Do not accept returns, offer discounts, or make guarantees without Taskip’s written consent.
Independent Contractor
- You are an independent contractor.
- You handle your own taxes, insurance, and expenses.
- Taskip does not provide employee benefits.
Confidentiality
- Keep all Taskip information (business, Customers, pricing, etc.) confidential.
- Use information only to promote and sell Taskip Web Application.
- Return or delete confidential info upon request.
Non-Competition & Non-Solicitation
- For 1–2 years after leaving the program, you cannot solicit Taskip employees, customers, or partners.
- Avoid conflicts of interest with other services or companies during your partnership.
Term & Termination
- Agreement is a 1-year term, automatically renewed.
- Taskip may terminate with 30 days’ notice; Partners may terminate with 60 days’ notice.
Intellectual Property
- Taskip retains all trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary rights.
- Do not use or register names or logos that are confusingly similar to Taskip.
Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
