Nora BianchiNSSending a raw Figma or Notion link means managing accounts and permissions on someone else’s platform. An embed keeps it inside your client portal, where you already control who sees what, any URL, not a fixed app list, included free on every plan.
What is Taskip Embeds?
Taskip Embeds let you drop any external link (a Figma file, Google Doc, Notion page, dashboard, or Loom video) into a branded frame inside Taskip, then assign it to specific team members or clients. They open the frame and view the content directly, without ever needing a login or account on the original tool.
Learn about the HTML iframe element on Wikipedia| Without Taskip | With Taskip Embeds | |
|---|---|---|
| Access | Creating guest accounts on Figma, Notion, or Google Drive | Client or teammate opens the frame, no account needed |
| Sharing | Raw links passed around in email or chat, hard to revoke | One embed record, permissioned inside Taskip |
| Organization | Shared files scattered across Slack threads and emails | Every shared link listed in one Embeds table |
Drop a Figma design or prototype link into Taskip and share it with your client for review, they see the frame, not a Figma login screen.
“Unlike many apps that "ship and forget," this team possesses a relentless improvement mindset. It is easily one of the most reactive teams I've encountered. Responses are fast, and they turn user suggestions into reality.”

Not limited to a fixed list of apps, if it has a URL, you can wrap it in a frame and share it: Notion docs, Loom walkthroughs, Airtable bases, internal dashboards.

Anything with a URL, Figma files and prototypes, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, Notion pages, Loom videos, Airtable bases, or internal dashboards. You’re not limited to a fixed list of supported apps: give it a title, paste the link, and it wraps in a frame ready to assign to a team member or client.
No. They open the embed inside their Taskip client portal and view the content directly, no login, no account, and no "request access" screen on the original tool. This is the whole point of Embeds: you keep working in your usual tools, and clients never need credentials for any of them.
Only the team members and clients you specifically assign to it, one by one, from the Add Embed form. There’s no public link generated; anyone not on that list gets an access-denied screen even if they somehow get hold of the URL, so nothing sits exposed on the open internet.
Yes. Open the embed from the Embeds list and remove a team member or client at any time, their access is cut off immediately. There’s no link to rotate or re-share with everyone else still on the list, since access is tracked per person, not per URL.
Yes. The frame loads the live source every time it’s opened, if you edit the Google Doc, update the Figma file, or revise the Notion page, viewers see the current version instantly. There’s nothing to re-upload or re-share after you make a change.
No, that’s a different capability. Embeds is for sharing external files and links with specific people inside Taskip, using per-person access control. Publishing a public service catalog, booking calendar, or form widget on your own website is handled separately and isn’t gated behind a login.
No. External App Embeds are included on every Taskip plan, from the free Starter tier through Agency Pro, with no add-on fee and no per-embed charge, unlike WhatsApp, which is a separate add-on starting at $5/mo. Create as many embeds as you need at no additional cost.
