Is the QuickBooks integration free?
No. Taskip integrations are available on paid plans only. The free plan includes core CRM, project management, and client portal features. To connect QuickBooks, upgrade to a paid Taskip plan.
How do I connect QuickBooks to Taskip?
Go to Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks Click Connect to QuickBooks Log in to your Intuit account and authorise access Select your QuickBooks company file Open the Settings tab and set your Default Item and Default Deposit Account
What happens if I disconnect QuickBooks from Taskip?
Disconnecting stops all future syncs and event sends. Your existing data in both QuickBooks and Taskip remains intact, nothing is deleted from either platform.
Does the QuickBooks integration sync historical Taskip invoices?
No. Only invoices created after connecting QuickBooks to Taskip are synced. Historical Taskip invoices are not sent to QuickBooks retroactively. You can export existing invoices from Taskip and import them into QuickBooks manually as a one-time migration.
