Taskip allows you to create multiple workspaces for different agencies, brands, teams, or client accounts. Each workspace operates independently with its own projects, clients, invoices, automation, branding, and settings.
Follow the steps below to create a new workspace.
When Should You Create a New Workspace? #
You may want to create a new workspace if you:
- Manage multiple businesses or agency brands
- Run operations for different teams
- Need isolated client data and billing
- Offer white-label portals for different clients
- Want separate CRM, projects, and automations per brand
Each workspace has its own dashboard and data environment.
Step 1: Go to Workspace Switcher #
- Log in to your Taskip account
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Switch Workspace from the dropdown menu
This will show all workspaces you are a member of.
Step 2: Click “Create New Workspace” #
At the bottom of the workspace list, click:
+ Create New Workspace
You will be redirected to the workspace setup page.
Step 3: Enter Workspace Details #
Fill in the required details:
- Workspace Name (e.g., Your Agency Name)
- Industry (optional)
- Workspace URL (auto-generated, but you can customize it)
Example URL:youragency.taskip.net
This will be used to log in and invite clients or team members.
Step 4: Customize Workspace Branding (Optional) #
You can upload:
- Logo
- Brand colors
- Favicon (optional)
Branding can be changed anytime later from Settings → Branding.
Step 5: Finalize Setup #
Click Create Workspace.
Your workspace will be created instantly, and you will be redirected to the Dashboard.
From here, you can begin adding:
- Clients
- Leads
- Projects
- Invoices
- Team members
- Automations
- Documents & forms
Each workspace starts with default settings and can be fully personalized.
Managing Multiple Workspaces #
You can switch between workspaces anytime:
- Click your profile icon
- Select Switch Workspace
- Choose the workspace you want to open
Each workspace’s data remains separate and secure.
Notes #
- Only owners can create new workspaces
- Each workspace has its own billing subscription
- Deleting a workspace permanently removes all its data
