The Client Invitation page in Taskip allows you to personalize the welcome experience for clients who are invited to join your workspace. You can edit the title, description, and background color on the right side of the page.

Accessing the Settings #

To customize the Client Invitation page:

Go to
Dashboard > Settings > Pages Customisation > Client Invitation Page

Customization Fields #

Right Side #

Right Side Title (Required)
This is the primary heading that appears on the right side of the invitation screen.
Example: Welcome!

Right Side Description
This message helps guide the invited client. Keep it short and welcoming.
Example: Fill the information below to join as client.

Right-side Background Color
You can select a background color for the right section to visually match your brand or theme.

• Use language that clearly communicates the purpose of the invitation.
• Ensure good color contrast for readability and accessibility.

Saving and Previewing #

1. After making the desired changes, click Save Changes.
2. You can preview the updated client invitation page by visiting the invitation link in an incognito/private browser window.
