1. Accessing Domain Settings #
- Go to the left sidebar and click on Settings.
- From the Settings menu, select Domain Settings under the Workspace section.

3. Adding a Custom Domain #
- In the “Custom Domain Settings” section, enter your desired custom domain (e.g.,
crm.yourdomain.com). - Click on Add Domain.
4. DNS Setup with Your Domain Provider #
To complete the setup, you must update your domain’s DNS records:
- Add a CNAME record that points your custom subdomain (e.g.,
crm) tocname.taskip.net. - If your provider doesn’t support CNAME at the root level, contact our support team.
It can take up to 24 hours for DNS changes to take effect.
5. Verifying Your Domain #
Once DNS changes are made:
- Click the refresh (recheck) icon next to the domain entry in Taskip.
- Once verified, a green “Verified” badge will appear.
6. Setting the Custom Domain as Primary #
- After verification, click the “Primary” button next to your custom domain to make it the default access point for your workspace.
You can always switch back to the default yourworkspace.taskip.app URL if needed.

- You can add multiple domains, but only one can be set as primary.
- SSL is automatically handled by Taskip once the domain is verified.
- You’ll still be able to access your workspace using the Taskip subdomain in case of any domain issues.
