Taskip allows you to automate email reminders for clients who have pending invoices. You can schedule reminders to be sent before or after the due date, customize the subject and message with dynamic placeholders, and control the activation of each reminder.

Steps to Configure Reminder Settings #
1. Open Settings
From the Taskip dashboard, go to the left-hand sidebar and click on Settings.
2. Select Invoice Settings
Inside the settings panel, choose Invoice Settings from the available options.
3. Switch to the Reminder Tab
In the Invoice Settings section, click on the Reminder tab at the top to access reminder configuration options.
Configure a New Reminder #
Send Reminder
- Choose whether the reminder should be sent Before Due Date or After Due Date.
- Set the number of days to trigger the reminder relative to the due date.
Reminder Email Subject
- Enter the subject line for the reminder email.
- Use dynamic placeholders to personalize it (e.g.,
{{Contact_first_name}},{{Invoice_subject}}).
Reminder Message
- Write the body of the email.
- Use the rich text editor for formatting and include placeholders for dynamic content such as:
{{Contact_first_name}}{{Contact_last_name}}{{Contact_email}}{{Invoice_subject}}
Enable or Disable Reminder
Each reminder can be toggled on or off using the switch on the top-right of the reminder box.
Add Multiple Reminders
Click the Add Reminder button to schedule additional reminders. You can add as many reminders as needed to follow up with clients.
Save Changes
After configuration, click Save Changes to apply your settings.
