Use this automation to clean up your inbox by deleting unwanted messages, such as auto-replies, spam, or no-reply notifications based on specific rules.
Step 1: Go to the Workflow Panel #
- Open Workflow from the sidebar.
- Click + Create Workflow to start a new automation.

Step 2: Choose the Trigger #
- Enter a Workflow Name (e.g.,
Auto Delete No-Reply Emails). - Under the Inbox tab, choose New Message Received as the trigger.
Step 3: Set the Condition #
- In the IF section, define the rule to target specific emails:
- Field: Subject or From Specific Sender
- Condition: Contain or Match
- Value: e.g.,
noreply@domain.com,Out of Office, etc.
You can combine multiple conditions using + Add Condition.
Step 4: Set Action to “Conversation Delete” #
- In the THEN section, select Conversation Delete as the action.
This tells Taskip to delete any email that matches the condition automatically.
Step 5: Save and Activate the Workflow #
- Click Create Workflow.
- Ensure it is set to Active in the workflow list.
