The SMTP Config section allows you to connect an email provider so Taskip can send transactional and system emails from your workspace. These emails may include invoices, quotations, support responses, password reset emails, and other notifications.

Dashboard → Settings → SMTP Config
How to Configure SMTP #
Follow these steps to connect an email provider:
- Go to Settings from your Taskip dashboard.
- Click SMTP Config in the settings menu.
- Select your preferred email provider (such as SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES, etc.).
- Enter the required details:
- API Key
- From Email
- From Name
- Click Test Connection to verify that the email service is working correctly.
- Click Connect to save the configuration.
Once configured successfully, Taskip will use the selected provider to send all transactional and notification emails from your workspace.
