To duplicate a quotation:
- Go to the “Quotations” section:
- On the left sidebar, click on “Quotations” to view the list of quotations.
- Select the quotation to download:
- Find the quotation you wish to download from the list.
- Click the ellipsis menu (…) next to the quotation.
- Download the quotation:
- In the dropdown menu, click on “Download Quotation.”.
- A duplicate of the selected quotation will be created, and you can then edit or send the duplicated quotation as needed.
Alternatively, you can also access the “Download Quotation” option within the quotation details page under the “Save Quotation” dropdown.
