Steps to Configure Quotation Number Format #

1. Go to Settings

Quotation Number Prefix
Set a prefix to appear before the quotation number, such as QT-, QUOTE-, or TASK-.

Define your format using dynamic placeholders:

Initial Number of the Quotation
Set a starting value for the quotation serial. For instance, if you enter 301, your first quotation number will be QT-2025-07-0301.

Save Changes
Click Save Changes to activate the new format.
